Originally starting as an engineer at the automobile industry near the turn of the millenium, I changed direction in 2002 to study animation at the University Babelsberg „Konrad Wolf“.
After getting my degree in animation (Diplom in German) I began working in the german animation sector. I started first as a 3D-Charcter animator, but subsequently became more and more active as a storyboard artist. Nowadays I also made a step further into the 3D-Layout.
I’ve been working now as a storyboard artist for over 10 years. Staging stories for children (also those young at heart) with humour and feeling is the thing I like to do.
